I wasn’t always the leader I am today.

I learned leadership through outdated models and for a time, I led in ways that didn’t fully align with who I was. That experience taught me something powerful: the most effective leadership comes when we trust our intuition, lead with integrity, and stay human.

I founded JD Consulting with one intention: to redefine what leadership feels like.
