I've always believed that business is, at its core, about people - the conversations we have, the trust we build, and the way we make others feel. My path here hasn’t been a straight line, but every step has deepened my understanding of what it means to lead with both courage and compassion.

Both. Our minimum engagement threshold is 100 staff, but we work with single properties, multi-site hotel groups, and national professional services firms. The size of your organisation doesn't determine the depth of our partnership — the seriousness of the challenge does. We also work with Cafe's and Restaurants and are aware they have less then 100 staff. Should we not be a suitable choice, we can always refer to one of our referral partners.
Because we don't deliver training. We build capability. Our programs are embedded into your organisation over weeks and months, not a one-day workshop that's forgotten by the following Monday. We focus on behaviour change, not just knowledge transfer.
Yes, this is our most common engagement. Technically excellent people who were promoted into leadership without the emotional intelligence or communication skills to manage teams effectively. We meet them where they are, without judgement, and build the human side of their leadership from the ground up.
Outcomes vary by engagement, but our clients consistently report reduced staff turnover, stronger team performance, clearer leadership accountability, and measurable improvements in guest or client experience. Engagements range from 3 to 12 months depending on the programme. Leadership Mentorship works on a fortnightly rhythm designed around busy executive schedules. The Leadership Accelerator and Strategic Culture Partnership are deeper organisational programmes involving a mix of leadership sessions, team workshops, and strategic reviews, typically 6–12 months.
Both, depending on your location and programme. We work with properties and firms across South Australia, nationally and even internationally. For multi-site or interstate clients, we design programmes that blend in-person immersives with ongoing virtual support.
We don't publish fixed rates because every engagement is scoped around your specific situation, team size, and goals. Leadership Mentorship starts from $390/month. For the Accelerator and Culture Partnership, investment reflects the depth and duration of the engagement.
