I’ve always believed that business is, at its core, about people - the conversations we have, the trust we build, and the way we make others feel. My path here hasn’t been a straight line, but every step has deepened my understanding of what it means to lead with both courage and compassion.
I’ve sat on both sides of the table - as an employee trying to find my place, and as a leader determined to create spaces where people feel valued, safe, and inspired to do their best work. Along the way, I’ve seen how the smallest act of kindness can transform a team, and how the right guidance can turn uncertainty into clarity.
What drives me isn’t just building better businesses - it’s helping leaders and teams rediscover their humanity in the process. I know first-hand the challenges leadership can bring - the self-doubt, decision fatigue, burnout, and the isolation that can come from carrying it all on your own. I’ve been there more than once, and it’s why my work goes far deeper than strategy alone. I want the people I work with to walk away feeling seen, heard, and understood, not just as professionals, but as people with dreams, challenges, and stories that matter.

Fun Fact #1 - A Life in Motion
I’ve moved house at least 19 times (yes, you read that right!) and even lived on the Canary Islands for six months. Travel and new experiences have shaped who I am - in 2023, I was “home” for just 122 days, and 170 the year after. It’s safe to say I thrive on adventure and change.
Fun Fact #2 - Food is My Love Language
Cooking is my happy place, but ask me my favourite cuisine and I’ll never be able to choose. French, Spanish tapas, Mexican, Italian, Greek… I love them all. For me, food isn’t just about flavours - it’s about connection, joy, and slowing down to savour life (always with a cacao in hand to start the day).
Fun Fact #3 - A Little Rhythm and a Lot of Heart
Before my leadership journey, I had a horse, spend my afternoons ballroom dancing, and could spend hours lost in a jigsaw puzzle or paint-by-numbers. These days, I still find joy in creative outlets - and if you catch me singing, you’ll know I’m in my element.
