The 8-week program is available either 1:1 (for founding clients) or in a group cohort format. Sessions can be delivered online. The 2-day Lead from the Front Live event is held in person in Adelaide, this is included in the program fee and is a non-negotiable part of the experience.
90 minutes per week for the session, plus a short daily reflection practice (5 minutes). Between-session implementation tasks are built around what you're already doing in your business, you're applying the frameworks in real situations, not adding to your workload. The question worth asking isn't 'do I have time for this?', it's 'how many hours a week am I currently spending making decisions someone else should be making?'

For founding clients, there is a priority pathway to Jen's Leadership Advisory, which provides ongoing 1:1 support as you implement the plan in your business. The end of the accelerator is the beginning of the actual change.
